A Modern Declaration of Independence

Over 230 years ago our Founding Fathers declared themselves and their colonial brethren free of the tyrannical rule of King George III. Out of their yearning for freedom came a declaration that came to be heard around the world, a declaration emulated by others, which became a solid foundation for forming free societies all throughout the world. However, as much as freedom has spread, in many ways it remains the rare jewel. Human nature and the course of history have shown a continual cycle – if the people’s resistance to tyranny ever did lead to a renaissance of liberty, a rare jewel in and of itself, the abundance produced from such liberty would inevitably lead to complacency and decadence, and the corrupt would enslave the people. While the fires of freedom have burned long in the United States, we currently find ourselves at the final stage of returning to tyranny.
A corrupt Beast has overtaken our once great Republic by way of deception and secrecy. This Entity has extended its tentacles into every major facet of our lives. This Entity, which is comprised primarily of European royalty, prominent international banking and robber baron families, and the corrupt politicians and corporations who grasp at the power in this system, has persuaded nearly all of humanity to accept their false choices and solutions to the problems they themselves have created. As wolves in sheep’s clothing, they have persuaded us to give up our freedoms, to accept the wonton theft of our wealth and to love our servitude.
Although our main concern is for our Constitution and Bill of Rights in the United States, the crimes of this shadowy group are worldwide, and concern all of humanity.
To ensure full accountability for these crimes, and to serve as a reminder to our descendants, the following fully documented facts are submitted for all to see.
They have sought control of the population through fear. By creating an impending threat by way of a dangerous and shadowy enemy, they have persuaded the people to surrender their God given freedoms and their moral compass in favor of every known form of centralized control. Ignited by the events of September 11th 2001 (9/11), their “War on Terror” is in actuality a war of terror on the people.
In the War on Terror, they have implemented warrantless searches, violated privacy, and essentially eviscerated the Fourth Amendment through the USA PATRIOT Act. In passing the Orwellian named USA PATRIOT Act, they intimidated Members of Congress and the population using the fear generated by 9/11.
Through Homeland Security, Continuity of Government (COG) and other similar mechanisms, they have set up a police state and martial law infrastructure, intimidating the people in the guise of fighting terror.
They have instituted warrantless spying on the American people without consent, and have passed laws retroactively absolving themselves and their partners in the telecommunications industry of these crimes.
They have attempted to destroy the Writ of Habeas Corpus by passing the Military Commissions Act.
They have preemptively invaded and occupied two sovereign nations, without a Congressional declaration of war, justified by reasons that were false, which they knew at the time to be false. In the case of Iraq, they portrayed Saddam Hussein as an “imminent threat” on the verge of acquiring and using weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). In doing this, they used their well placed agents in the mass media, who stand to benefit from war, to deliberately report false stories regarding Iraq’s possession of weapons of mass destruction.
Through these invasions of sovereign nations, they have instituted torture, and besmirched America’s name throughout the world. They have used false intelligence gathered from torture to continue the perception of the terror threat. Through their deliberate promoting of torture, they have perverted and morphed the American psyche.
They have illegally looted trillions of dollars from the public treasury, the people’s hard earned wealth, to arm nations of opposing sides and give their corporations no-bid contracts. They have used the “War on Terror” to feed their Military-Industrial complex.
Although they have repeatedly justified their actions by invoking 9/11, every one of these Constitutional violations was planned prior to 9/11. While they pursued these criminal acts, they consistently obstructed any open and honest investigation in the events of 9/11. With regard to 9/11, they have promulgated an explanation riddled with contradictions, so as to render it completely incompatible with all known laws of physics. With regard to 9/11, they have fabricated false evidence, and concealed, classified, and destroyed much of the genuine evidence. Yet, of what little evidence remains of 9/11, the blood is on their hands.
As treacherous as they have been in the War on Terror, their tyranny against the people has had a long history. Like the War on Terror, in the name of protecting us, they have brought forth increasing restrictions of our Constitutional rights.
They have waged what they call the War on Drugs, where in order to protect us from ourselves, they have further eroded our Fourth Amendment rights as the government has implemented illegal asset forfeiture seizures and home invasions.
They have waged this war, while simultaneously controlling or aiding the transport of these same drugs, often through the intelligence agencies they control. Like the War on Terror, the War on Drugs is, in actuality, a war on the people.
They have attempted to destroy our wealth under the guise of protecting the environment. By attempting to install a carbon credits and trading system, they have plotted to levy taxes on human existence itself. They have done these drastic actions in spite of the uncertain scientific principles regarding climate change.
They have violated the Second Amendment by restricting and registering the people’s right to own firearms, all in the name of protecting the people from crime.
They have waged a war on our national sovereignty. As they have done in Europe as well as other parts of the world, in the guise of solidarity and prosperity, they have slowly but consistently eroded national sovereignty by way of trade agreements. These trade agreements have established supranational organizations such as NAFTA Tribunals and the WTO, which override the laws of the nations they purport to represent. Far from being free trade agreements, these regional organizations serve instead to manage trade for the eventual purpose of impoverishing every nation in each region. They have accelerated the erosion of our national sovereignty through the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP).
Among their countless deceptions, none have been more pervasive and powerful than their control over money. They have financially pillaged the people’s wealth by instituting private banking cartels, known as central banks, to control the issuance of money. While their other crimes may affect only portions of the population, their actions of financial control affect every single human being.
They have deceived the people into believing that their privately controlled banking cartels are a part of the government. However, in truth, they have taken over the government through their central banks.
They have used their central banks to foment recessions, depressions, and illusory speculative bubbles to further their wealth at the people’s expense.
They have used debt, equivalent to valueless fiat money which they create from nothing, to acquire land, water, oil, political control, and all manner of physical resources of genuine value. Through their International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank, they have impoverished humanity throughout the world at American taxpayer expense.
Their central banks have stolen the people’s wealth through an insidious and unfair tax of inflation. Prior to the establishment of the Federal Reserve, America experienced virtually no inflation, with the exception of wars. However, since the Federal Reserve was formed, the U.S. dollar has lost over 97% of its value. Yet, the Federal Reserve still claims to fight inflation, while being the primary creator of inflation.
They have also used their financial control to fund multiple sides of every conflict. Through their financial treachery, they have profited from every war and brought skyrocketing debt to every nation.
At every step of the way the deception has been so great that it has been difficult for us to notice the erosion of freedom. However, when we opposed it by voting or writing to our Congressmen, we have been met with silence, denial or repeated injury. Those brave souls in the past who dared to speak out have been silenced and sometimes assassinated. Yet, despite their continuous propaganda and deception – despite their façade of being a mighty financial and physical juggernaut – history has shown that empires always fall, regardless of how powerful they once appeared to be. As history goes, so their Empire of Lies must also crumble. Through the vigilant unending spread of truth, victory will come.
We seek to restore our Constitutional Republic through peaceful means, though we are prepared to defend ourselves. Just as the enemies of freedom have established their stranglehold on us by way of deception and increasingly centralized degrees of influence, so we will regain our constitutional rights by way of truth and spread our influence through decentralized methods.
We the people of the United States of America, in our alliance with free humanity, therefore stake our Declaration of Independence from their rule. We proclaim a declaration of truth in the face of their Empire of Lies. A Declaration to our would-be rulers that We the People shall not be deceived and we shall not back down. This is a Declaration to humanity to indicate the identities of the authors of their destruction. Just as our would-be rulers ruled through secrecy and hidden knowledge, We the People shall take back our rightful place in a free society through an open dissemination of knowledge. Through eternal vigilance, we shall counter the prevailing trend of history and turn freedom from a rare jewel to an essential cornerstone of every society on Earth.
